These terms apply when you use thefrozencartstore.com and when you buy from The Frozen Cart Store ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on screens, and we may improve a design or change a supplier part without notice when it doesn't reduce quality. Photos may show options that cost extra.
Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and sales tax are shown at checkout. If a price is wrong because of an obvious error, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't verify the payment or can't deliver to the address, and we'll refund anything you paid.
Payment
Pay at checkout with a major credit or debit card, or through a secure payment link we send for custom and large orders. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your card number.
Protect yourself from payment fraud: we never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer to a personal account, and we never change our payment details by email. If you get payment instructions you're unsure about, call us at (346) 446-8211 before you pay.
Custom orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
- We start production after you approve the quote, the design proof (if any) and the payment terms.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork or trademark you send us.
- Custom items can't be returned unless they're damaged or defective.
Shipping, delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered. Please inspect deliveries as described in our shipping policy.
Returns and warranty
Returns and refunds follow our return and refund policy. Defects are covered by our warranty.
Permits and safe use
You're responsible for the licenses, permits and health department approvals needed where you sell, and for following food safety rules and the cart's instructions. Ask your local authorities what they require before you buy.
Using this website
Please don't copy our content or photos without permission, send spam through our forms, or try to interfere with the site. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most problems can be solved with a phone call.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
