Shipping & returns

  • In-stock items ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom and made-to-order carts take about 3 to 6 weeks to build.
  • Carts ship by freight to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Inspect your cart when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
  • Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to carts that aren't damaged or defective. Custom and personalized carts can't be returned.
